Building upon the solid foundation of the award-winning Kid Thomas, the Odar was created for the discerning analog lover who wants the very best. Featuring two armboards, capable of using two 12-inch arms, and delivered with the new Cornet 3, 12-inch tonearm, equipped with hi-quality Wire World cables, a massive motor housing, massive 14-inch diameter platter, and a separate power supply – the Odar can deliver the musicality – a huge soundstage with staggering dynamics and incredible tape-like flow and timing.

The Odar’s larger 14-inch diameter platter has increased overall inertia resulting in outstanding speed stability. The massive bearing has been engineered specifically for this high-mass platter, featuring a unique combination of metals for the lowest possible friction coefficient, resulting in a pitch-black silent playback. Combined with the ultra low-torque motor, that reduces motor-to-platter transfer by over 90%, and is ideally suited to this high-inertia platter assembly. Result: ultra-low flutter and astonishing dynamics and musicality.
